    Please write CLEARLY on your timesheets.
    PRINT the date, the show you are working on and your first and last name very clear!
    Place sheet on flat surface and press hard on the carbon copies you are given so we can read your information.

    Reminder for Actra members: Please ensure no mistakes on your commissions. If we need to contact anyone regarding errors in their commissions there will be a $10 fee. Transfers and paperwork should be emailed to orders@bgrated.com

    HOW DO I FILL OUT MY FORM ON SET FOR PAYMENT?
    Non Union Talent / AABP are required to put the Agency address on the white slip you receive when on set. Please put your name clearly, with the Agency’s address: 140 Simcoe St. c/o concierge (security) Toronto Ontario M5H 4E9

    FEES
    Actra members that send their cheques to their homes, note these payments are due within 14 days of receipt or a 15% late fee will apply. By confirming this email you are accepting that you acknowledge and will abide by the terms set out in this document / email.
    Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before your work date, or a $20 cancellation fee will be charged.
    $20 late fee is charged if you are late to set and the agency receives a complaint.

    MY NAME IS MISSING / NOT ON THE LIST?
    Email us back and put in the subject bar that your name is missing from the list. Someone will get back to you.

    PAYMENTS:
    Cheques arrive in the office approx. 14 business days after you work, we will notify you when they arrive.
    We do not deduct your commission owing from your cheque. PayPal payments done in advance will have cheques mailed directly to talent.
    ALL shows require you to bring a bill in your name, tax receipt or a driver’s License to show proof of residency. Make sure you fill out a residency form at least once on every set.
    I AM BRINGING A DOG, CAR, BIKE, TUXEDO TO SET- I WENT FOR A FITTING. WHAT DO I DO?
    If you went for a fitting, you must mark on your white payment voucher the day you work that you went for a 2 hour fitting in order to get paid for that fitting.
    If you are asked to bring a car, tuxedo, dog, bike, luggage etc to set with you, you must mark it down on your voucher the day you work that you brought such items in order to receive payment.
    WHAT DO I BRING TO SET WITH ME? DO I DO MY OWN MAKEUP?
    PLease always come with full hair and makeup up done. Go looking your best, and always bring 2 complete head to toe outfits with you. The more wardrobe items the better.

    I AM WORKING MULTIPLE DAYS IN A ROW ON A SHOW. WILL THE INFORMATION ALWAYS BE THE SAME?
    If you are working continuity on a show (meaning multiple days in a row) Each day you work you will will get an email with a different time and location. You will need to confirm these emails each night.
