Your heart is a muscle and just like any muscle it needs to be taken care of. But you shouldn’t have to do it on your own. In our ongoing effort to raise awareness for heart disease, we’re reaching out to those that have been affected by the condition. So, if you or someone you know has a story to tell, we want to hear it!
Email us your story and we’ll give you $750.00!
It’s as simple as that.
TO QUALIFY
– You must be a Canadian citizen that’s undergone heart surgery.
WE ARE SEEKING:
– Adult Males – 18-55 yrs old
– Adult Females – 18-55 yrs old
– Children – 0-17 yrs old
– Elders – 55+ yrs old
ATTENTION SURGEONS
We would also like to hear from Surgeons who’ve used 3D printed hearts to practice and/or scanned a heart for research purposes.
PAYMENT AND YOUR PHOTO:
In addition to receiving $750.00, your picture will be displayed in Manulife’s booth at our live activation! But don’t worry, your photo won’t be used to advertise or sell any of Manulife’s products or services. Instead, it will be used to showcase a unique experience with 3D printed hearts!
SPREAD THE WORD
It’s important to spread this message to as many people as possible, so, if you’re up to it, we’d love to have you tell your story on camera. In that way, you’ll have the opportunity to empower countless others who are struggling with or recovery from this deadly disease.
